Thank you for shopping with This Is Tisa & Confetti University! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below.

No Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.  Anyone registered for a workshop and can no longer attend can push registration to a future workshop, this an be done before supplies are shipped.  We are unable to apply your registration to a future date after supplies have been shipped.  

Exchanges for Incorrect or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are happy to provide an exchange. Please follow the steps below to process your exchange:
    1. Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [insert contact email/phone number] with your order number and details of the issue.
    2. Provide Proof: Please provide photos of the incorrect or damaged item(s) to help us assess the situation.
    3. Return the Item: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect or damaged item(s) to us.
    4. Receive Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will promptly send you a replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they are incorrect or damaged.
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for any charge backs.  Please contact us at hello@thisistisa.com for assistance with shipping labels for incorrect or damaged items.
